This is an awesome itty bitty teeny tiny little tea spot! Their lychee and mango teas with the tapioca seeds are sooooo good! They are seriously addicting. We can no longer go to sunset without making a quick stop here for some refreshing tea! The place is small so be patient if you find that it's really packed. Your tea will come, and the long wait will have been worth it. On the brighter side, It's always empty, so go get your lychee black tea! Yum!

For sure sub-par boba. We were walking through the mall and we're excited to see a boba place! It's a very tiny joint with two small tables to sit at but I think they assume most customers will get their drinks and continue walking the mall. Their drink selection was decent and they had lots of extras to add in - boba, flavored jellies, etc. I ordered my usual taro milk tea with boba. The girl was quick and pretty friendly. The bobas were cooked perfectly but the drink itself was not that great. It wasn't too flavorful and it almost tasted like the powders or something didn't get blended all the way.. Definitely not the best boba tea I've ever had but better than no boba tea, I suppose.

This is the place you go to when you want to donate your money and spend $6 on BAD drinks. It went like this, coming out of a Yelp event we felt it was too early to go home( yes we are wild) and stumbled into ChaTime. We heard many great things about their Bubble tea and coffees so we took a chance. I asked for a recommendation and was advised the Jasmine bubble tea was the sweetest and most preferable, while my party had Taro. Once we left the store, we realized the drinks lacked flavor and were watered down. We went back to request another option or a refund, but we were told that they do not provide refunds. The girl at the counter was helpful and allowed us to select a different drink. I opted for a coffee instead, since there Is no way to mess that up. ...How wrong was I! It tasted worse than the watered down mess they call 'Bubble tea.' Whatever she created tasted like vomit. Never again. .....no offense.. The end.

I come here often and its the most legit boba place in Miami, but the quality is not consistent. I came in here on a Wednesday and the "boba" was undercooked; it was rock hard. Im a huge boba lover and this is a disappointment. Also, the flavor of their drinks sometimes vary and can be a miss. Also, the girl that works there could be a tad less rude.

What a treat! They employees are very knowledgable and are happy to recommend. The boba is consistently soft and teas are nicely balanced. Would recommend the chaitime milk tea and the superior blended coffee.

Glad to see more Chatimes opening up. Brickell location is better though. My milk tea was so milky that I couldnt taste any tea. Be warned, this location is very tiny. Still haven't figured out their staffing issues yet. It's s logistical nightmare. Waited over 15 min for them to make my 2 milk teas. Line built up behind me and most of them left because the line pretty much stopped. Found out bc they had to shut down operations for the day. Also the AC doesn't work. So you're pretty much melting inside. Wait a few more months while they get the kinks out.

This is the third Chatime in South Florida, with a soft opening on Sept 6. For now, it's too new, when I visited most of the items on the menu were not available (though the staff promised they would grand open with a full menu). I asked for 6 items without luck until I gave in and had the plain old bubble milk tea they recommended. Heck, they didn't even have napkin, had to tear a corner from their roll to give me. And no A/C. Kind of feel that they should wait a bit before opening, instead of giving customers a disappointing first visit. Anyhow, the drinks do have the high quality expected of Chatime, though the bubbles were a tag too hard in the center. Will try to revisit in a few weeks and hopefully update with a better rating. It's by the same owner as the one in NY mart, so the frequent buyer card will work at both stores, but not the one at Brickell. Located on 2nd floor, across form Splitsville and AMC box office.

Well I am seriously addicted to this place. I work down the street from there and I have to start limiting myself to once a week so I won't burn a hole through my wallet :( Let me just say the staff is super awesome, they're always nice and always attentive. They go above and beyond and make personal relationships with their customers, and as someone who works in customer service its really nice and refreshing. On top of that, there is many varieties of toppings, and many different teas. I've had a large portion of the menu but I think oolong milk tea with pudding is the best! Yes, they do add sugar like most places automatically do but if you ask them they will change it to whatever level you prefer. Also, for frequent customers they do use spot on and due to some accidents they keep it behind the register now so just ask them to scan the card for you and you can score free drinks~

It's alright, they don't have much to choose from, and the employees try to steer you away from drinks that are more complex for them to make.

I wasn't pleased with this location... I was craving bubble tea and found they moved from the brickell location to here... Since i was on my way back to hotel anyways I stopped by. To my disgust I saw a sign parking $6.50 or free with validation... So okay thinking that chatime would validate my parking... Big mistake!!! They won't. They said only theatre and restaurant only. Anyways I ordered the chatime milk tea, the drink it self wasn't so good it was extremely watered down and had very little bubbles. Nothing like the chatimes I am used to in Toronto. To make matters worse I had to pay for the 6.50 parking. So this turned out to be a $10 drink and it's one of the most expensive bubble teas I had and one of the worst.

Drove there from downtown just to get bubble tea ,paid for parking !! Called while I was driving no one answer the phone. Ended up being there for nothing since they closed early at 10.30 on Saturday night :( Next time please answer the phone just to let your customer know that you are closing early :(

I had a lot of bubble tea in san Francisco and this one is nothing compared to the ones in Cali. It was ok, i got the mango green tea and I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Ehh. Not that great. Its a small shop in the plaza in the 2nd floor

I freaked out so much when I saw that there was a Chatime in Miami. I'm from San Francisco, and I loves me some milk tea. One of my good friends has been trying to get me to go to Foster City to go to the so-called local Chatime back in California, and I thought it was pretty hilarious that my first time going to this place was in Miami. Looks like this place was pretty new! It actually felt like I was back home for a second, except that it was kind of on the slow side. I got my boyfriend's mother to try the milk tea, which she'd never had before. I got the Tie Kwan Yin latte cold, and oh my goodness, the tea flavors were strong in this one. I was extremely pleased. Boyfriend got the roasted milk tea with boba. I'm not fond of boba in general, and I didn't like this all that much either, but the tea was just so on point. It was interesting, since this is one of the few places that uses real milk as opposed to soy or non-dairy creamer. Once they have the logistics down, I'm sure that this place will flourish. Find an Asian friend who is missing out on their milk tea and bring them over. Come as you are and get your milk tea fix. I highly recommend this place since it's one of the few that actually has good tea that can still shine through the wonderful milky creaminess of the rest of the beverage. I guess this means I'll have to make time to go to the one in Foster City now...

I've visited this place a handful of times and it's typical bubble tea. I only come when I plan on doing some shopping so paying 4$ for garage parking is not so bad (can be validated at theaters and restaurants) I only ever get iced teas so they are always yummy for me. Big sized cups, normal prices, and a variety of options on the menu.

Fantastic bubble tea! My favorite is pearl tea with tapioca and coconut jelly! The tapioca balls are super soft and chewy plus flavorful. The coconut jelly adds some texture creating the perfect bubble tea. I drive all the way from Doral to sunset just for this place! Yes the service could be better but this just a place to buy a drink not interact with the staff in a restaurant setting.

Love the Jasmine Green Tea Milk Tea!!! This was my first time trying Chatime and I absolutely loved it!!! The Tea had just the right amount of sweetness. You can actually choose how much sugar you want added to your "cup of goodness". Needless to say, I will be a return customer :)

I'm an avid Tea drinker. Some teas are huge caffeine boosters even without the added sugar. They offer Tapioca balls to create bubble tea or some sort of jelly as a different type of flavor and texture combo. Service sucks and the employees look miserable. They don't know what anything is or if anything is organic and they automatically add sugar in everything unless u specify otherwise.

The drinks are great, very authentic, no complain about that. But they really need to train their staff better. They are nice and all but a bit slow.

Zero service. Cashier might be mute since he doesn't greet or say anything. Incredibly small place. Drinks are so-so, at best. How the hell did this place get 4.5 stars?!

I've been searching all of miami for good milk tea. As an Asian I've grown up drinking a lot of milk tea. When I moved to miami I was disappointed when I couldn't find a decent place. I FINALLY came across chatime. It's like back home. Real authentic milk tea. They're very quick, clean, and it tastes amazing. This is the place to go. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is amazing! I went there for the first time the other day, and was taken aback by the huge menu. The lady at the register was extremely nice and patient. She explained to me the different items on the menu and what the differences were, and made some suggestions. I decided on a drink she suggested and it was delicious! I have tried some really crappy bubble tea, and I'm so glad I finally found a great bubble tea shop! The only downside is that it is pretty small, with only two tables crammed together. So I wouldn't choose this place if you want to sit down with a group, but it is great to take and walk around the mall. Loved it!

I ordered the strawberry slush with the pearls. It tasted delicious but when it came to the pearls they were so chewy and hard to digest. I had to spit out the pearls and throw away the drink. I recommend getting it without pearls,

I had the brown rice green tea and it was very refreshing. I will return to this place to try their huge tea selection.

My favorite bubble tea shop in Miami! The tapioca is usually very fresh and you cannot go wrong with any of their drinks. They have a HUGE drink selection, teas, lattes, smoothies, coffee...you name it! My favorites are the brown rice milk tea and the matcha green latte. The servers are very nice and willing to help you choose a drink. I wish they had better store hours but I still love this place!

This place sucks. The taro they use for milk tea is chunky. They haven't realized that powder is for smoothies and syrup is for the milk tea. I also got Jasmine milk tea, it was just ok. Both drinks had boba and the boba had a gumball flavor. I have stopped at boba shops throughout Florida, and this was the worst. Too chewy and flavor sucks, considering everything is artificial. They also dont know how to seal the dtinks here. The straw is hard to poke through

Best smoothies & teas is the entire area! Mango smoothie is the one I recommend. Great to sneak into the movies, which is right across. Happy to see a cha time in the sunset area.

Really? I'm the first review? Well, ok here goes. I am a fan of this place. It is great. I've only tried one item but that one item was amazing. It was the Jasmine green milk tea. That may be the wrong name but it's close enough. It was delicious with a smooth taste and those little jelly pearl things on the bottom. So good. It's in a little nook in Sunset Place right across from the movie theatre box office and bowling alley. It's a bit cramped and the air must have not been working that day cuz it was pretty warm in there. The owner assisted me and was kind and efficient. I'll definitely be back for more but I have no idea when. I really wish they had a location near kendall. South Miami is pretty of the way for me. But anyway, I'd definitely rather go here instead of boring old starbucks. I hope I see more of these places.

Great place to come anytime you're in the area or shopping at sunset place. It's fast and they have a great selection of frozen drinks with boba. I tried the strawberry slushy with boba in it and it hit the spot after a long day of work.

I was beyond excited to learn about this place. They have an abundant menu, the service the staff provides is good, and they are fast for the amount of customized orders they get. Admirable atmosphere, and those employed definitely work hard to make sure you're satisfied.
